SHIPPING

Made to Order - Made to order products are made by hand once the order has been placed, these products are shipped within 1-2 weeks although we aim to have them shipped within a week. If you place an order for both a ready to ship item and a made to order item they will be shipped together once both are ready.

Ready to Ship - These items are already made and will be shipped within 3 business days of your order being placed.

RETURNS

Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery so long as the item is returned in its original condition and has not been worn.

The customer is responsible for the postage costs associated with the return and any custom fees incurred for the return if international will be deducted from the refund amount.

All returns must be posted with tracking, if the item is lost in the post and there is no tracking a refund cannot be issued.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of the return being recieved.
