The bag is knitted with a 100% wool yarn, spun and dyed in the UK. The stuffing used is a 100% recycled polyester.

Wash by hand in slightly warm water with a mild detergent and dry flat.
Do not machine wash as it will cause felting and shrinking.

Returns can be accepted up to 14 days after delivery so long as the item is returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for paying the return postage costs.
A refund will be issued within 5 days of the return being received and approved.
